Propper Gen III ECWCS Polartec Fleece Jacket

The Gen III Fleece Jacket can be worn with several outerwear parkas used by the military and is constructed with Polartec Thermal Pro material. This lightweight but highly effective fleece material retains body heat and is very durable. Features two internal chest pockets and two side pockets on the outside, as well as VELCRO® brand fasteners for affixing name, rank and insignia.

The 100% polyester proprietary fibers and high–pile–velour surface create a fabric that is at least 30 times more durable than bargain fleece. These fabrics offer excellent breathability and dry quickly. The velour back traps air to retain body heat, providing outstanding warmth without weight. Unlike conventional fleece fabrics, Polartec® Thermal Pro® fabrics maintain their insulating ability and non–pilling appearance after repeated laundering and represent the state of the art in fleece fabrics.
