The LION® Elbeco HeroGuard™ DuPont™ Nomex® Heavy Weight Pants are designed to meet the demands of professional firefighters and first responders. Certified to NFPA 1975 standards, these pants are constructed from a 7.5 oz. blend of 93% Nomex, 5% Kevlar, and 2% dissipative fabric, delivering superior flame resistance and durability. The self-extinguishing fabric is inherently flame-resistant, ensuring that it won’t melt, drip, or support combustion. With a covert flex waistband providing 2 inches of stretch and a gusseted crotch for enhanced range of motion, these pants offer both comfort and mobility. High-quality tailoring, including updated “J” shaped front pockets with a knife clip patch and two welt-style back pockets, ensures these pants are built to last. Machine washable for easy care, these pants are designed to maintain their flame-resistant qualities throughout their four-year wear life.
