North American Rescue Hyfin Chest Seal (Twin Pack)

The North American Rescue Hyfin Vent Chest Seal (Twin Pack) provides rescues with a way to prevent, manage, and treat an open wound and/or tension pneumothorax potentially caused by penetrating chest trauma. This kit includes two individually packaged seals that can be applied to both an entry and an exit wound. There are 3 vented channels that prevent air from entering the chest cavity during inhalation. During exhalation, these channels will allow air to escape.

These chest seals also utilize advanced adhesive technology that sticks to the body in even the most adverse conditions. NAR’s signature Red Tip Technology® makes it easy to open the foil pouch for quick access. On top of that, these Hyfin chest seals meet or exceed the current EMS Standard of Case and TCCC & TECC Guidelines.
