This CAT tourniquet is designed for use in all weather conditions and allows for single-handed use thanks to its single application protocol and single buckle routing system. This combat application tourniquet also has a red tab to assist users in locating and threading during application. 

The North American Rescue Individual Kit (CCRK) provides you with the tools needed to mitigate the three leading causes of preventable combat death (60% extremity bleeding / 33% tension pneumothorax / 6% airway obstruction). This medical tactical pouch can fasten to your tactical belt, worn as a drop-down leg rig, or directly attached to MOLLE-compatible gear. It also features trauma equipment such as a nasopharyngeal airway, CAT tourniquet, emergency trauma dressings, and more. On top of that, the belt and leg straps of this IFAK kit are removable for maximum flexibility during loading configuration.   

The North American Rescue Black Talon Glove Kit contains 25 pre-wrapped pairs of nitrile gloves. These disposable gloves feature a form-fitting, ambidextrous design with textured fingertips to enhance tactility and a better grip when wet or dry. The length is longer and thicker than standard exam gloves to ensure maximum protection and durability. On top of that, the 100% nitrile material makes them free of allergens.

Manage rapid personnel recovery missions with less physical assertion with the North American Rescue Dragon Handle System. This innovative extrication system is constructed of 1-inch Tech Tape with a tensile strength of 4000 pounds. There are two weather-proof flexible handles that offer additional grip and comfort plus a non-locking D carabiner for head or feet-first drags. This system also enables an anatomically correct posture for rapidly extracting greater weight.
