Every Galls customer service rep and account manager undergoes extensive job and product training to assure that you get the right answers to your questions.
All customer service reps complete a thorough three-week/120 hour training session before they assist their first customer. Account managers undergo five weeks of training. Both attend regular weekly sessions on new and existing products conducted by vendors and manufacturers. |
